What is SBstudents all about?
Our greatest desire is that students would fall in love with the Word of God. Because the Bible is all about Jesus, so as they fall in love with Scripture, they will fall in love with the biblically accurate version of who Jesus is. We want to see students committed to Jesus.
How do we accomplish this?
Every Wednesday we meet at 6pm in our students wing (Upstairs of B-Wing). During this time we have worship, teaching, and small groups. This is a time where students can come together and learn about scripture and then talk through it and be open with each other in small groups.
Every Sunday we have Sunday School that starts at 9:15am also located in our students wing. This is a time we get to talk through scripture in a more casual setting. It is very conversational and easy to access.
Once a month, we also have a guys and girls night. This is a time for community building. It varies in activities but whatever we do, after the fun has been had, we sit down and work through a gender appropriate Bible study with our students. Some examples are hiking, a dinner, going for ice cream, going to an arcade, etc. The goal of these is to build Christian community with our group.
