Do Not Covet – Exodus 20:17
In this study of the 10 Commandments, we will look at the intention and the heart of each of the commandments. The commandments were not given to save us, but to point to our need for a Savior. Jesus kept each commandment fully and then died in our place as commandment-breakers. God's commands aren't fences to keep us in but trellises to help us grow. When we live out God's commands as Christians, we find God's blessings and design for life that flourishes.
