In How to Study the Bible we recognize that the Bible is a bunch of stories, but it’s not “just” a bunch of stories. The Bible is the Word of God and tells one overarching story of the redeeming work of God in Jesus. The Bible also tells us how we should live our lives, but it’s much more than just about what we are to do. The goal of How to Study the Bible is to equip you to grow in your love for God and in your discernment of how to live as faithful followers of our Lord Jesus Christ, by teaching you how to read and study the Bible.

Taught by Pastor Ryan Perry

Beginning January 9

Wednesday from 6:00 – 7:00 pm

Parlor

When we approach the subject of evangelism, the thought of sharing our faith with someone else brings a number of intimidating feelings and thoughts.  Evangelism, is sharing the good news of Jesus with others. The first half of the class addresses the why, what, and how of evangelism. And the second half provides some very practical how-to classes like how to share with my family and coworkers, Catholics, Jews, and Muslims! The goal of Evangelismis to equip, encourage, and exhort you to be disciple-makers!
